What does Fabric do with the money raised during the March Giving Challenge?
/The funds raised as part of the March Giving Challenge are part of Fabric’s regular budget. That means the money raised helps Fabric put together Sunday gatherings, provide fabulous children’s and youth programming, support Fabric Groups, reach out to the community, and help all of us weave our lives together with God and others. You can learn more about how Fabric is doing financially here (and can read more about the 2018-2019 budget and last year’s financial results here).
If extra funds are raised above and beyond the amount needed to reach our goals, the additional amounts will be used to further Fabric’s mission as determined by the board and staff - that might be to help build up a reserve fund for a rainy day, or to fund special projects (like replacing worn out equipment or working on growing our community).
